An Online Realtime Project Management Document Control system enabling Project Managers to view the status of any project immediately is critical to any construction company.  Hudson Crossing LLC has been very successful in designing, programming, and implementing critical Project Management Document Control systems.

·         UOP, designers of oil and gas processing refineries and manufacturers of related products.  Developed Project Management Document Control System for major business group:  Process Plants Technology Center encompassing mechanical, process, and controls groups. The documents control system manages the drawings, revisions, and literature for the construction of gas processing refineries around the world. 

This system impacts a project management group of 12 project managers, over 75 engineers, and over 20 support personnel.  It eliminated one support person and up to 10 hours per week. 

It prevented a work stoppage of over 3,500 contractors worldwide.
