	Provided roll-up of Consolidated Financials by division by business unit.
	Financial Plan was used to obtain $20 million in working capital.
	Prevented bankruptcy.
	Archibald Candy was sold to Alpine Confections for $87 million.

Successories Corporation, $60 million manufacturer of "success motivational" tools and wall décor. Encompasses over 70 stores nationwide.

	Designed and programmed a Marketing Forecasting model.
	Designed and programmed Budgeting and Forecasting model by business unit for officers and operating managers.
	Consolidated Budgeting system provided Consolidated Financials by business unit.
	Consolidated Budgeted Financials was used to obtain $12 million to finance the construction of new office and manufacturing facilities. Moved into new facilities September 1, 1997.
