About the Founder

Steve Plapp founded Creative Accounting Systems on May 15, 1995.  The name was changed to Hudson Crossing LL in January 2001.

Hudson Crossing LLC is a Turnaround Management Consulting corporation.

"Almost all troubled companies share the common problem of having inaccurate, poorly organized or untimely information."  Could your clients benefit from assistance from an individual with experience in streamlining information systems to get management the information it needs to run the business?

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Turnaround Management Association.  It is the desire of Hudson Crossing LLC that every engagement be conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.  And every engagement be conducted at the highest level of professional ethics and moral standards.

Steve enjoys traveling, especially in Europe.  France and Switzerland are favorite places to visit.  He is eating breakfast at a chateau high in the French Alps near St. Martin while camping with French students at an Outreach English Camp.
