We developed the Financial Planning and Budgeting Systems for the officers and directors of Frankel & Company.

The Financial Planning and Budgeting System provided
for detailed departmental revenue and costs for over
40 account executives. This was the major emphasis of
the project.

It also provided Consolidated Financial Statements for officers and board of directors.

Frankel & Company was acquired by Leo Burnett & Co.

Frankel & Company, $60 million advertising and marketing firm with the following clients: McDonald's, Ford Motor Company, Visa, Sprint, and U.S. Postal Services.

Crisis & Challenge: Frankel & Company was up for sale and did not have a Financial Planning and Budgeting System for 40 account executives.

	Designed and programmed a Financial Planning and Budgeting system using Excel and Visual Basic programming.
	Trained over 40 account executives and operating managers on new Financial Planning and Budgeting system.
	Provided Consolidated Financials by division.
	Frankel & Company was acquired by Leo Burnett & Company.

These systems have been developed using Microsoft Excel, Access, MS Project, and Visual Basic. Extensive systems development has been done using Microsoft products.
